TERMS OF SERVICE
Upon registering for Quran classes online at Qaf Quran or enrolling your child as a student, you are agreeing to the following Terms of Service and Conditions:
- All classes are recorded for quality assurance purposes. If you have concerns about recording, please notify us. This practice is also detailed in our privacy policy.
- Following the successful completion of the free trial classes, a decision to continue with Qaf Quran must be made.
- Monthly fees are paid in advance during the last week of each month for the upcoming month. Failure to pay fees on the due date may result in the cessation (pause) of classes.
- Qaf Quran reserves the right to halt classes if payments are overdue by more than 7 days without a valid excuse.
Should you need to temporarily pause classes but wish to reserve your slot with the same teacher upon resumption, Qaf Quran will charge the full fee per student for this reservation. - To cancel a class, inform your teacher on Skype or email at least 6 hours in advance to be eligible for a makeup class.
- Qaf Quran may cancel classes if a student remains absent for more than two weeks without prior notice.
- No refunds will be provided as per our Terms of Service.
- Never share personal contact information with teachers. Qaf Quran is not responsible for any misuse.
- Qaf Quran reserves the right to change teachers for quality teaching purposes.
- In case of teacher resignation/termination, students will be provided a new Quran teacher, with no further contact allowed. Qaf Quran is not responsible for any future damage or loss caused by such contact.
- Fees for students may increase annually by about 6-7% at the end of the Gregorian calendar year.
- Do not discuss payments or contact details with teachers. Qaf Quran is not responsible for any resulting loss or damage.
- Student fees may vary based on policies and terms of service at the time.
Eid holidays are paid leaves for teachers and are included in monthly fees. No makeup classes or refunds are provided for Eid holidays.
